Initiator of the Month Hiten always takes initiative to start new things in the company for the betterment of all employees and the organization. He manages the entire network and takes care that that office work goes smoothly every day. He is efficient in the work he does maintaining work standards and helps others to complete their work if there is any problem. He is a great team leader and work perfectly in a team. He takes initiative in writing blogs, taking new things in and takes part in fun activity, Entertainment, give ideas or work for office betterment and motivates the team.
